Product Availability

Although products may be indicated available on our store, product availability is not guaranteed. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.​

Returns & Exchanges

In order to exchange an item, please contact us - [email protected] and provide your name, item(s) purchased, PayPal or transaction ID and desired item(s) for exchange. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your email. Exchanges are valid within 5 business days of order delivery. Items to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. If we are dissatisfied with the condition of the returned we reserve the right to refuse refund.

If we ship the incorrect size or item, simply return your order and include a note stating your original order number and what was incorrect about your order. We will either refund you or ship the correct item if it's still in stock. We are not responsible for lost items and stolen packages.

My item was sent, but not received.

If your item was not received via NZ Post, unfortunately we do not offer a direct refund but will launch an enquiry with NZ Post to get compensation for you. Please note that this compensation is not guaranteed. If you have received email confirmation that your item has been dispatched but have not received within 7 working days for NZ orders or 15 working days for overseas orders, contact us immediately. NZ Post does not accept compensation enquiries after 7 working days of sending the item therefore you may not receive a refund.

How can I check the status of my item?

We update your package status through our online portal and send out email confirmation. If you have received email confirmation that your item has been dispatched but have not received within 7 working days for NZ orders or 15 working days for overseas orders, contact us immediately. If you did not select the tracking option and have not received your item then compensation and refunds are not guaranteed.

How long does it take to dispatch an item?

From the initial order to dispatch, it may take anywhere from 3-14 days to dispatch. We aim to have all items to you as soon as possible however the process from ordering to receiving your goods could be anywhere between 3 - 28 working days.

Shipping Rates:

Please allow anything from 3-28 days to receive your item from the initial order. If you see that your item has been dispatched but not received within 14 working days, contact us immediately. NZ Post does not accept compensation enquiries after 14 days of sending the item, therefore, you may not receive a refund.

New Zealand:

NEW ZEALAND TRACK & TRACE and Handling: NZ$2 on top of your shipping fee for Track and Trace services.

Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery after receiving your track and trace number for NZ orders and 3-28 workings days for overseas orders. In the event we have failed to give your track and trace number that you have been paid for and you have not received your item, we will re-send you the item free of cost. If you have requested standard shipping and your item has not been received, we are not liable to send your items again.

Australia:

All standard shipping is sent at your risk and can take up to 28 working days to be received after receiving the initial dispatch email. In the case of a lost item, we hold no responsibility for it but will launch a formal enquiry with the post company. We use NZ Post international post service. We currently have no facility for international orders to be tracked but will be an option in the future. This does not include the amount of time for customs. We take no responsibility for extra Customs charges and levies.

Rest of the World:

INTL. STANDARD: 1 Item: NZ$10.00 / Plus $2 for each additional items.

 We reserve the right to alter the shipping costs for larger orders being shipped internationally.
